PBLS and their associates have never been accused of being choir boys. They have lived on the edge and are now paying the price.

We shouldn't throw stones though as I think most here also fall into that same category.
We invested in a company with a dubious history of unfulfilled promises and a get rich quick promises.

Excellent point Ren. There are real families living in fear of completly loosing there quality of life, their homes, the ability to put food on the table. All because their jobs were lost to ONE, TWO, OR MORE scam artists. My heart and prayers are with those people right now.

Where is the company in all of this? Why do they remain silent? Could they not have given the shareholders a heads up that layoffs were comming? Why do they remain silent as ex-employee's give us the news about returned checks and job looses? Could they not have mentioned that their bank account had been pillaged? Can they not see that their total lack of communication only makes them look complisit? Do they not understand by now that their complete silence is making matters worse by the minute? Can they not see the speculation and inuendo bubbling up larger and larger on the subject of what actually happened to all our money? Did it go offshore? Are you driving it? Can they not at least forcast a date that faithful shareholders can expect their dividend checks?

Whirli is closer to the truth than you think.

PA & RB courted MR and VP around like they were the Pope/Vice Pope (lol, VP) and sacrificed every division in order to do it.

They turned in many false hotel bills and other expenses for reimbursement and payment was made to them at the expense of worker bees.

Then we get the shaft last week. Severance pay, are you serious? Many would just like to get their pay and the bank charges that were debited to their account due the the insufficient deposit funds. We didnt even get a 2 week notice.

What a joke.
