Sounds like a page out of another book we've all read, and has the ring of truth. Dadgummit!

Problem with that theory is that the Haydens were around long before Riley. And they and other members of management have just as much a checkered past as Riley, so who will the Feds believe? Probably no one (if they are actually down there)...

Sorry to hear about folks losing their jobs. Probably needed to happen but it still stinks for the real families involved in this thing on the ground level. We lose money in a stock account. They lose the ability to pay their mortgage etc, as I can assume that there was no severance pay.

Whirl,

Certainly more plausible than this thing turning around any time soon. Let's face it, the discussion around avoiding Sar-Box, and the benfits of offshore banks etc, are benefits of the few (mostly the criminal or the singularly wealthy). Throw in numbered accounts (which if politicians truly wanted to reduce illegal activity around terrorisim, arms and drug smuggling, and - Political corruption) should be the first thing to go. I think the idea that the good ol boys got taken to the cleaners - true or not - makes me feel a bit better at looking at an 80% loss on the money I gave them - at least they don't get to enjoy my cash either. Interesting speculation, but this stock to me now is only worth the entertainment value it provides via this board. PA has made darn sure it's providing little else value at the present moment, and continues to do so - that there are no communications coming out of PBLS as this stock goes thunk is telling if this were a company interested in shareholder value. Forget the skulduggery, PBLS needs to come clean just once and provide some clarity on what the company is, is doing, is earning, yadda yadda - Sawdin has been repeating the answer since day one and PBLS continues to ignore it.

I like that version, but can't help but feel our mangement was more enlightened about the procedural aspects and the ramifications on investors...but, then "the company", as a group, released some outrageous PRs which didn't appear so outrageous to them after going down the yellow brick road to never-never land in their recent thinking. Once they considered investors as stupid and irritants, then their confidence swelled leading to the fantasy PRs...As always, I am open to an official counter position from management, but it is probably oil change day for the Bentley. lol

I can see MR fooling RB and PA, but fooling VP. He was part to waste management business in NY and I would think he would know more about scam artist that RA or RB unless you are saying VP is with MR, are you? Interesting theory but something just does not add up. I hope your theory is just a theory and does not turn out to be facts.

I think the old fox would love for us to believe he is a victim, like he wanted us to believe we were sending $6.6 billion value of aggregate, over 5 years, to Poland.

Give this a thought... if their money is sitting offshore in an untouchable bank it wasn't put there to benefit their shareholders

I don't think he's that dumb... but I do think he thinks we all are. If it so happens that he really did get taken... Karma has a way about her.
