I wondered if PBLS checked Riley out. Investigate him by a detective,credit report, etc.. At least he got caught. Imagine if PBLS didn't in time, going through next year with this Komex deal?
It's highly possible he was left holding uncashable checks issued by the boys for some of his phoney contracts. He seemed to be a master of phoney documents. I doubt he would have had his own checkbook.
