Why check Riley out, geezzzzz he come knocking on your door with a very believable 6.6 billion dollar deal where they.. well read from the press release:

"The method of payment to Phoenix under this contract is by irrevocable, revolving documentary letter of credit, confirmed by a world-class top 25 western European or American Bank, payable 100% at sight, against agreed shipping documents."

"KOMEX will post a three percent (3%) cash performance bond up front with Phoenix."

So after all this very believable deal just drops in our lap from know where why would you ever do a back ground check???

that is called dd.... I am sure they did that with the buy , buy and buy somemore mentality on all those companys in a short period of time... heck, even general electric being such a small outfit could do that complete dd on a company or those guys quickly... in my opinion...
