I have to say I sold because
1) i manage some people accounts and I have to make money to make commission. I can't sit and wait. i did for about 2 weeks on this stock and it's not doing it for me. I was force sell.
2) but what put it over the limit is the down down down and no news. The the filing which I didn't understand it completely of how 144 works. I didn't have time to look at the details and restrictions. I was just glan at the filing briefly then thinking OH SHI*** more shares added into the float.
I was wrong. This is why I am a bit upset that this filing didn't come AFTER HOURs. So I would had have time to digest and learn more about 144.
I do agree with you that the conversion that took place today is a very bullish sign. And after did DD on the timing of the conversion, I now understand why convert NOW instead of a week or two ago. That's all about maximize the Volume of Sale Limitation after 1 year or 2 years term. If one looks at the chart and read the rule, one will see that very clearly.
So I am in a greement with you that PPS will go higher and this is a good sign. But I just don't have time to wait.
Having said that, AAGH can run when it wants to run. I won't be surprised to see it run to .30, .50 and .75 all in one week.
