For the record...

The last trade of the day I bouught the 25,000 shares at .201

A few minutes earlier I bought another 25,000 shares at .21

So in the last few minutes of the day I purchased 50,000 shares.

The funny part is I was unaware of the press release at the time I purchased. I had a .195 25,000 share limit order sitting all day while I was away from the computer. When I noticed at the end of the day the price was around .225 I upped the limit order to see if I could close the deal today.

I am not worried about the dilution from the conversion at all. A President converting from preferred (where he has much more safety from payments and liquidation) to common stock is an extremely bullish signal.

I will add if it goes down.

Now that takes the mystery out of at least 50,000 of the shares traded in the last few minutes doesnt it?
