Here's a thought.

Could it be that when Pawson went to increase A/S by 2B, Rizvi decided to buy as much as possible as the shares hit the open market / hedge fund to gain majority interest and bought all except 100M that got away? To cover his back and force Pawson's hand, he filed a Form 4. I don't know, just seems that 1.9B is close to the 2B increase.
