Not sure how to put it into current events and times, but I'd say on first blush...Joe was running a dead ship and knew it at the SHM.
Now what is curious, given this disclosure, is WHY Joe claims he is owed past performance shares on a dead-end business model he knew last June was DOA?
But I suspect that goes back to his priors the SEC is interested in their investigation.
Yet, that wonderful business model, oh AND the JV with his buds the Galindos running it, who have managed according to Joe sop up the entire original investment of both the Peraltas and GTEM (He claims we put in nothing)...in 4 short months...requires another cash infusion for a promising major Mexico Hotzone rollout...that has achieved..NIL NADA NOTHING...while respectfully being left alone as a major partner to do so for those 4 months?
I HOPE..GTEM walks away as quickly as possible from this Mexican JV..ASAP...and tells us so.
It stinks of corruptions and obvious kick-backs.
