"Today's - I GOT MINE -NOW YOU GET YOURS BEFORE I GET YOURS mentality doesn't work with me."

Your right it doesn't work. Yet you and I and many others stay in this thing continuing to believe that there are those out there that believe as we do. But you know what? The thing I hope for most for all of us is that PBLS doesn't break our beliefs. Some may call your beliefs old, fairy taled or hollywood. I say its better to be poor and believe in something greater than yourself, than to be rich and believe that you are greater than others because of it.

There are good people in PBLS. Its just I don't know any of them personally. heh heh. Anyone live in the Nashville area?

MRDALE...... IMO WE NEED MORE CLASSIC ROMANTICS!

Or should I say classy romantics. Perhaps then the world would not be the scary place it has become. The meek will truly inherit the earth {in due time} but for now they're being mostly chewed up by all the barracudas and sharks lurking at every turn, I think they are especially bad down in LA.

Yes! The idea of being manipulated by others on this board is troubling but it wouldn't surprise me in the least. It takes all types of people to form our culture; I suspect our board is no different. You have the Oldtecks and Roaches digging like troopers for timely information and then gladly sharing it with the rest of us. Then you have others who hint at possessing vital information but for some reason they're not willing to share it. Like I said it takes all types. Personally I would rather stand with the romantics, with integrity intact even should I loose the money game. After all, like Roach said "it's only money."

I've missed your thoughtful weekend movie reviews of late; good to see you're back at it. Another excellent war film that was made within the past few years is "The Raid" with Benjamin Bratt I believe. Portrays the same kind of ideals you were alluding to and is particularily interesting because it is an accurate rendering of real events that occured during the war. The extra features are nearly as good as the movie. If you haven't seen this thoughtful film, you will assuredly find it worth watching. It is pretty new so you will likely find it at your local video store.

Well must I really must run, hope you have a good Sunday evening. Should be another interesting week in PBLSland.
