Jarta,

Your PM didn't really answer my question and what you said, I didn't really think that was "the one" that ticked people off. I am serious, I had no idea what I said that made people mad, so I was kinda blanked out. IT was just a post!!

Anyways, several of you shot me a few PMs and quoted from my posts..

"FM, this might be what has everyone mad.
Listen, I have been around the block with ECNC what, 2 or 3 times now. I'm sick of these PRs that he is going to get busted for. He INTENTIONLY misleads people in the PRs..plain and simple, and he's going to get his butt halted and shut down permananetly becasue of it. I'm taking my small $$ in it and moving on from the stock."

I can now see why that would make some folks mad...Probably a little harsh...sorry, just my posting style..not exactly a sugar coating guy.

I didn't visit ECNC because of reasons I listed before. Simple as that.

Just like Tom can ruin ECNC by rash statements; you can similarly ruin InvestorsHub. ... eom - Jarta

AMEN. That's why I'm backing off this thread. I have no desire to make you guys mad by some stupid statement I made on behalf of the piddly investment I had in the stock for a quick trade. Makes no sense...

I apprecate the PMs sending me what ticked you guys off...That was MY OPINION and nothing more.

I'm off the thread. Good luck.

Jarta-

Well for once I am going to have to disagree, per the write up by the Wall Street Journal-

However, a Sun spokesman says Mr. Yarter didn't go to the eConnect meeting as a Sun representative and wasn't authorized to speak on its behalf. The spokesman says he believes that Sun has looked at eConnect's
technology -- and that of dozens of other companies. The two companies don't have any business
arrangements, he adds.

I understand that ECNC might not be a fault, and maybe Yarter was yanking Tom chain, but acourding to the report, he wasn't there to speek for Sun. It would be like me giving technical advise to a person wiring a new data system, them paying me, then they put out a PR stating that "such and such electric" was advising us how to wire our new systems, when in fact I(not the company) was doing it.

What also bothers me is when they interviewed Yarter-
Mr. Yarter declined to discuss what he said at the annual meeting. However, he described the stock payment as a "finder's fee" for referring some investors to eConnect. Mr. Yarter says he is restricted from selling the stock for two years and doesn't see any conflict of interest between his work at Sun and his getting the shares. The Sun spokesman declined to comment on the stock payment.

That comment sounds to me that Yarter was setting up investors, and not Sun. The whole article by the WSJ sounded like the were poking fun at the SEC for relisting ECNC, sorta like a slap in the face. It also sounds to me like they are saying that Tom hasnt learned from his mistakes, and continues to issue misleading PR's, even after a hault. Again this is all just my opinion, and I wasnt at the shareholders meeting, but it was enough to lock in more profits in this stock. Diaten on SI posted some info on what he thought about COMDEX, I will be waiting to see if it was actually a "bank eyes only" transaction, and not just saved on the computer and inputed manualy later. What is on the surface is alot of times totally diffrent on what is actually happening, like from Rocky and Bullwinkel "Watch me pull a rabit out of my hat"...............Who do you belive, Tom, with a past of not so good PR's, or the Wall Street journal, either way there is doubt..............

Happy Trading,
Chris B
