too complicated to repeat? why they RS'd??? hmm, I take it that the company is the only one who knows... there is something going on deeper,,, I think it is too soon for the consideration to move to another exchange... hmm

Ill quote Malyshev himself and the reasoning behind the RS --

"The 1 for 100 reverse stock split is intended to enhance investors' visibility into the Company's profitability on a per share basis while also providing more useful information in making period-to-period comparisons.

TRANSLATION: We like getting rid of zeros so our eyes dont have to squint.


The Company also believes that a higher share price could broaden its appeal to a wider base of investors allowing it to potentially qualify for listing on a larger exchange, improving trading volumes and stockholder value."

TRANSLATION: In order for us to continue to pretend that we might one day up-list this stock....one might cite the fact that an RS helps that goal.
