Waterloo, I think that's Garmin in a nutshell. They've made a killing with their products, but there products are focused to a limited consumer base that is going to be threatened by all of the Phone OEMs. Garmin needs to expand their consumer base and a move to add a mobile phone line would seem appropriate. If all the mobile phones can offer GPS, what market will remain for the largest branded GPS device if they stay as only providing that service?
