One potential positive out of the TAO acquisition is it could renew interest in the 50 million dollar letter of intent to fly blimps over Columbia.
You know how positive that could be.

I have no idea if it's beneficial or not. Of course it will be dillutive, the company has no source of funds other than their stock. If this agreement has the company closer to deriving income from the Strat then it would be a good move if not, it's just another loss.
