My guess is the institutions are using the law of probability and what ever that number is to offset the chances of it not going through is the only thing I can think of, as well as Siri being in a better position. But if it a go then xm is the one to be in. Doesn't make sense to me either. So do you own Xm? lol I assume some. Once it is announced it will be at 16.00 in minutes and probably higher.
