Yep...they killed it...I have contacted MCCY about it...the concerns are varied by politicos...from security to environmental...all those concerns could be addressed by a innovative and comprehensive solution to track Mexican trucks permitted to travel US roadways. What MCCY needs is a government relations person to offer that solution. Make it a win-win for everyone. Not sure if MCCY has that person in house or not...but it is a HUGE opportunity if played correctly and convincingly.
