Yes Fogg, I gathered you are pissed. The company itself probably had nothing to do with some hypers in the UK. If you have the certificates, you need to take them to the transfer agent and exchange them for free traded shares in GBRC. If you want to sell at that point, have at it. Please call or email Jeff Andrews at the Company if you want help - His contact info is on the web site.

They have cleaned up the financial reporting that needed to be filed to complete the registration for the conversion and for the application for listing on the AMEX. They have added people to their BOD as of today. Things appear to me to be progressing as they promised in their PR's. JMHO http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/071001/clm147.html?.v=26

Below is a 8/6/07 quote from Hawk Hogan - the "Hawk 10" Engineer:
"We do manage to keep up with the variety of applications and as long as the patent is still pending we can include (submit) the new applications in the patent application. Once the patent is issued then it will be too late to add anything new and we will have to file new patent applications specific to the new discoveries. I’m told our patent should be awarded around the first of Fall 07.

I hesitate to tell you about the latest discovery because people already think we’re crazy but I view it revolutionary beyond what we’ve already accomplished."

Fog, Olde Monmouth might be your new best friend.

Moreover I am seriously concerned that the Mobilestream Oil certificates we have received are not genuine and that they will prove to have zero exchange value when presented to GBRC, whatever that deal proves to be worth.

I suspect the certificates are genuine. I'm just not sure how you change them into freely tradeable shares, (since the brokers have disappeared), once the restrictions come off and they are converted to GBRC. Seems like that might be your number one query.
