Yes Fogg, I gathered you are pissed. The company itself probably had nothing to do with some hypers in the UK. If you have the certificates, you need to take them to the transfer agent and exchange them for free traded shares in GBRC. If you want to sell at that point, have at it. They have cleaned up the financial reporting that needed to be filed to complete the registration for the conversion and for the application for listing on the AMEX.
