Hate to concede I was probably wrong re: this ever trading again, but I agree with your post. Apparently his friends in high places couldn't even make this happen.
Megas has made no attacks publically against what ever the cause is that hinders BCIT from trading. If Megas had nothing to do with the fraud that transpired. If ALL of the fraudulent shares were covered and the short position was disclose by the shareholder summons to the suet then GO PUBLIC and take the fight of the injustice there. If Megas says he won't issue more then what is needed to cover those over sold and to place value into the BCIT shell then he will appear honest and legit for his investors best interest. It's time for a public outcry of how we all paid our brokers who commited tax fraud and securities fraud and never acquired our investment.
