I hate to say this, but when the ceo is not talking, not putting out any info at all except an email every now and then no PR's nothing at all. Then I think it's time to face reality. I know. I know we don't know what's going on behind closed doors, but from all indications nothing is going on. It seems to be a total stale mate. With neither side willing to give. There is nothing TM can do to make the DTCC do the right thing. They can put him on ignore for ever. We all know that, and he probably knows it to.

I'm a very positive person, and I always try to see the bright side , and this may start to trade again, but I see nothing that indicates that at all.
