#27813 RE: DownWithPumpers #27807

This is a board where people post their opinions.
You always ask for documented proof when someone else posts but you spew out made up conjecture at every turn without ducumentation.
If documentation were required you would not be allowed to post here, along with probably 95% of the rest of us.

How does Argo Navigation become acquired by MCCY? How does MCCY have so much work so fast?

Start here... think and connect the dots...
Fleetspy (from Argo Navigation since mid 2004 at least)... a web-based tracking application for fleets
********** Announced in February 2005 ** notice the dates synch with Volkswagen as well ***
Argo Navigation Inc. of Anaheim, California, is in discussions with potential distributors for domestic-wide release of its fleet management technologies currently mass marketed in Brazil, China and Mexico.
Argo's solutions suite includes Fleetspy, a web-based tracking application, Client Software (a server-based solution), and GPS tracking devices integrating a Leadtek G543LP receiver and either GSM or CDMA. By year's end, the company plans to launch a personal locator for patients and children integrating GPS and other technologies for precise positioning indoors and outdoors.
***************
Along comes MCCY and proves to Argo that their FOLO integration can significantly empower the integration of the applications of Argo Navigation and the technologies can better be leveraged to a much higher competitive level as a result.

Effective Control Trucking LLC. Is Pleased to Announce a Contract With CAN TV in Venezuela
LONGUEUIL, QC--(Marketwire - July 31, 2007) - Media City Corp. (PINKSHEETS: MCCY) (www.ecnholding.com) President Raphael Huppe is pleased to announce that CAN TV, the parent company of Movilnet, in Venezuela, has signed on with Effective Control Trucking LLC. They are one of the largest CDMA carriers in the country.

"Through the contacts that Argo Navigation has developed in the region they were selected and certified for the Movilnet network to provide them with the Argo solution to replace their existing GPS Solution. The FOLO device is already integrated into the local software interface as well as certified on the Movilnet network. CAN TV expect a minimum requirement of 2000 FOLO units per month, with shipping to begin in the 4th quarter of this year," stated Mr. Huppe.

My Comments: FOLO is not an essential terminology... FOLO is an essential technology (the architecture and process services that will significantly integrate and thereby extend the power... you can call it anything you'd like, just use it and pay for its advantages in your solutions.

Should ARGO abandon the name Fleetspy... perhaps eventually, but why hurry, you ride the coattails of what brought you to the market and slowly introduce the newer advancements and other names...

Should ARGO and MCCY NOT allow Volkswagen to rebrand the OEM solution for their vehicles (why not?)..

Would ARGO and MCCY ship parts and/or sign licenses to Volkswagen's OEM to manufacture the component in Brazil for use within their vehicles.... why not?
