Seems that some of the posters are in contact with MCCY. Also I know that MCCY is aware of the market opinion (see stock price, their pool). Maybe they care maybe not. the only scenario that I could imagine is that they are working for a merger, aquisition...This could expalin the secrecy related to the contracts, product. Now, to came in the attention of the average Joe investor like me they needed to pump the numbers just to have media coverage...
