July 8th, 2007 Volkswagen PRd that they were using a system called VOLKSNET in Mexico which they built themselves.

August 28th, 2007 MCCY PRd that they did a deal with VW South America.

When I repeatedly pointed out that no such corporation existed they changed their story to VW Mexico. That's obviously false also, as we now see that trucks in VW Mexico are from VW Brazil and shipped to Mexico. The trucks in VW Mexico use a GPS system developed by VW.
