I think your estimates are a bit low, imo.

I guess you are not too good in math. First of all there are only about 275 million cars in North America in total. Therefore, even if Aero did succeed in changing every muffler in North America at your calculated rate they would run out of mufflers to change in less than two years. More importantly, your figure is calculating the EPS not the PPS per share which indicates your astute knowledge of share calculation. Good luck in fantasy land. In fact if they made that much the PPS would be astronomical.

PS-Here is something to ponder about. If FCCN ends up with 10 per cent of the new company and there are 500 million FCCN O/S shares, then according to my calculations

FCCN present value = $ 15 million (.03 * 500 million)
To maintain its present value AERO's capitalization must equal at least $150 million if FCCN gets 10% of the company.

P.S. While I was willing to wait if the PPS was less that .015 I sold yesterday and will buy back in after the merge.

I guess I had you on iggy for a reason but thought I would give you a second chance. Lets try and be reasonable here shall we. IMVHO $1.00 is not out of the question in time. .25 -.50 is very reasonable IMO, but $57.00 a share is a stretch do you not think? Honestly. I have several shares here and have been here quite some time and I am very excited about this Co especially with Rusty Wallace as their Spokesperson. Rusty does not get involved in off the wall BS. Lets just try and be resonable OK.

Aero Will Make It

There are 200,000,000 people in America that an drive. That being very very very very generous when you recognize that there are about 300,000,000 people including babies and children and people too old to drive. Now lets once again be very generous and say that each of them has two cars each. That is 400,000,000 cars. Now lets be very very very generous again and say that they buy one new car a year and decide to buy an areo exhaust for it, that would be another 200,000,000 exhausts a year. Do you really think that after the first 6-12 months 60+% of all cars in America will have Areo exhausts? And that after the first few years about 90-95% of all American cars will have areo exhausts? This just goes to show that the figure you gave is very very very very High. And I doubt they make $175 per exhaust. And if they ever got an OEM deal you an be sure they would not make anything close to that. With bulk sells comes bulk prices. I told you I like the stock but be reasonable. And how in the world do you think we could sell 168+ million exhausts withought an OEM deal. And for our stock to be at $200
what would have to happen? you are saying we would have to sell 600,000,000 exausts a year making 175 dollars an exhaust. Did you ever stop to think about how many cars that is? Ask you a quick question, how many cars are sold in America a year? or in the world? Think about and get back to me thanks.

PS. I just like reasonable estimates and guesses based on facts instead of silly pumping. GL

"""I'm glad you asked. I did extensive calculations in coming up with my value. Aero has approx. 30,000 dealers that we know about. Thats not including all the underground dealers that sell exclusively to illegal street racers that pay high dollar for top performance exhausts.

Now Aero is going to be a super hot product, and I estimate that each one of these dealers will sell approx 15 exhausts a day.

So we take 30,000 x 15 which equals 450,000 right. So thats 450,000 exhausts per day that will be sold!!!! Multiply that times 365 days.

450,000 x 365 = 164,250,000 EXHAUSTS SOLD PER YEAR!!!

Now I heard Hunsaker say that they were going to be making approx 175.25 profit on each exhaust.

So take 164,250,000 x 175.25 = $28,784,812,500

Now take the price and divide it by my generous O/S of 500 mil.

$28,784,812,500 / 500,000,000 and you get a PPS of $57!

Now imagine if we get an OEM deal omg! then the fun really begins. We could easily reach 200 dollars per share if that happend!"""
