I guess you are not too good in math. First of all there are only about 275 million cars in North America in total. Therefore, even if Aero did succeed in changing every muffler in North America at your calculated rate they would run out of mufflers to change in less than two years. More importantly, your figure is calculating the EPS not the PPS per share which indicates your astute knowledge of share calculation. Good luck in fantasy land. In fact if they made that much the PPS would be astronomical.

PS-Here is something to ponder about. If FCCN ends up with 10 per cent of the new company and there are 500 million FCCN O/S shares, then according to my calculations

FCCN present value = $ 15 million (.03 * 500 million)
To maintain its present value AERO's capitalization must equal at least $150 million if FCCN gets 10% of the company.

P.S. While I was willing to wait if the PPS was less that .015 I sold yesterday and will buy back in after the merge.
