Paul has not only minimized shareholder risk, he has virtually insured shareholders that they can not lose. All we have to do, is take a position and have patience. Talk about a "no brainer".
IMO by far the real gem in this deal is the 120 Million shares. 141 Capital should produce an outstand PPS trend over time. AND that equates to huge appreciation for our 120 Million shares. IF they were to IPO it may produce a large number from the get go then grow significantly over time. Or it may open with low initial PPS and grow very fast from there. Either way Spooz's 120 million share will rapidly and for a long time add value to Spooz. The 7% will be great also but I am most pleased with the 120 million shares and look forward to how their value grows. Thseeker
