does SPZI 7% interest in 141 represent 7% of the stock of 141 (120mil=SPZI 7% interest.............remaining 93% shares belong to 141 which would then make the total sharecount 1.7 bil for 141?)
It depends on what the sharecunt will be after the trading capital has been raised if 120 million shares will have greater value than the 7 % of net profits. It is impossible to know at this stage that we don't even know the current O/S of 141.
