Zeev, it's not unreasonable to ask you to provide details as to why you "believe in management's ability to hype the stock and create "appropriate" pump and dump periods." Specifically, what have they done during the past year to hype the stock?
If you certainly cannot prove that is indeed what happened during the so-called class period then why do you make the statement?
