Just curious here: Could Cetek have a Chartered Accountant (or C.A. firm) produce, sign and seal a copy of their financials so that they could be pubished? This would give most investors peace of mind as C.A.'s (In Canada anyway) are bound by law to provide only acurate figures.

On Raging Bull website, I found an interview that was carried out by someone in mid-december with Mr. Hisal. To the question why there were no financial reports, the CEO replied that financial report must abide to SEC regulations and that they require an audit, hence the cost for that exercise is between US$60,000 and US$100,000.
The CEO is into spending his money wisely. This is why, I think, the buildings look so modest and simple.
