None of us here really have enough data to draw any kind of accurate conclusions including yourself.
Let's wait and see what the full story is before making statements of opinion as fact. By your post, it doesn't seem as though you have a thourough grasp of how Spooz middleware uses Excel or any other applications for that matter. It's about the middle ware, not the apps.

(here's where you lose me) What does"merely an undercut mean"? as you apply it to TT software? I'm just not following if you are saying the software or the price of Spooz is "merely an undercut" and under cut of what TT price? or TT software?
