Again jumping to conclusions before the rest of the PR's are released makes no sense.

Your assessment of Spooz's technology is completely flawed for one thing...10 million instructions per second...it's not dependent on Excel to run, in fact Spooz has created a super excel that I'm sure Microsoft would be envious of...and TT signed up with Spooz after seeing the demo...Paul had deal on his desk the next day...we've had numerous posts on the tech advantages of SpoozToolz and Fractalz....

And now you are making assumptions about funding...and financing when all the PR's have not been released just yet... come on now...allie

no_shorts_here, looks like a lot of time spent putting your post together,

But I have to agree with Allie. You could have stopped after the first sentence.

None of us here really have enough data to draw any kind of accurate conclusions including yourself.

Let's wait and see what the full story is before making statements of opinion as fact. By your post, it doesn't seem as though you have a thourough grasp of how Spooz middleware uses Excel or any other applications for that matter. It's about the middle ware, not the apps.

You said: "The monthly cost of these modules is merely an undercut of the widely-used and proven TT software suites"

What does that mean? Could you explain your point here little further for me? How is "the cost of these modules" (are you saying the price of these modules?) is merely an undercut of TT software?. (here's where you lose me) What does"merely an undercut mean"? as you apply it to TT software? I'm just not following if you are saying the software or the price of Spooz is "merely an undercut" and under cut of what TT price? or TT software?

Thanks

Whats an ISP you talked about in paragraph 3 of this post.
And if you agree that spooz has a "licensing agreement" with
Trading Technologies how would you explain that if they are
supposed to be in direct competition with TT?? If they are
in direct competition why did TT make such a deal...this is
the part I don't understand.

Darryl indicated that spooz had a unique product that TT did
not have and thus the reason for the deal. What am I not
understanding about this? I was told that spooz would pay
10c per trade (both sides) for the right to the license and
to the connectivity which TT has in place. You seem to in-
dicate that spooz is in direct competition for subs with TT...
please elaborate as to your opinions of this licensing agreement. TIA.
