Iggs - why do your posts seem to be off key while neuro's resonate.
Are you grading management on SP performance rather than advancement of the ampakine platform through the FDA maze? That would work in the short term, witness Motley Fool and Havrilla promos.
My thoughts on CC are also polar to yours. Stoll fleshed out the reality of the the ADHD RD and AD testing with considerable new info/detail of the planned studies without hype. This left the newer investors less secure, since he gave a realistic perspective of risk which applies to biotech, even more so with a new therapeutic class.
We do agree that Stoll should not divulge any material that might compromise the long term value of Cor, in particular with BP negotiation. Here I am quite certain, we are the amateurs with a modicum of knowledge. That aside we can more likely speculate rather than judge. I do agree with Neuro that Stoll raised the bar for BP with a positive surprise by suggesting negotiations will be in the 30-50 million range. I also agree with others that this does not lock him in for upside negotiation.
Re details of 15 million financing - I am concerned more that the breakdown detailing the specific needs would expose more of the underbelly of Cor and perhaps weaken negotiation by showing the Cor financial vulnerabilities.
