I judge all of my investments by pps performance. If not, I would throw in the towel and take up golf.

Regarding Roger's 30-50 range. How about this:

"There is significant interest and we are exploring the best deal for Cortex from both a financial and strategic perspective. We do not think all interested parties have come forward and do not feel it is appropriate to disclose a range at this time. This would not be fair to prospective counterparties or maximize value for our shareholders. I can say that I would expect the upfronts to be somewhat higher than originally anticipated. We view CX717 as critical to the development of our platform and are vigorously pursuig the best deal possible."

Is that unreasonable? I do not think it is. Do you feel that Roger's comments put us in a better position?
