Thanks for your info Like I said I have no idea what the vote revealed only heard one took place. Cant even verify that for myself. Is it possible patent law issues were brought up even though a majority vote took place causing the court to make a temporary decision based on patent law issues? These courts dont dig in too deep at this level of the dis agreement. Mabe the patent issues caused enough uncertainty to not decline the request
I do think you may have one of the best thoughts. Mabe Bruno needs to disolve the company first if indeed he can.
Again I remain confident because the have jumped ship. Roberts remains on Board 100% and is reported to not be happy with the contract they had with Bio. I will hope Bruno and associates had their legal advise first and it was good overall good advice.
