If I remember correctly there was a post from a German investor or someone o/seas who said they had a notice about rs but that it was later withdrawn. I wonder if this notice will in turn be denied, (hopefully).

The pdf "PR" was undated. But the creation date of the PDF file was on: 2007:09:19:12:32:12. And time zone was: -05'00'. Apparently, the "PR" came a few days earlier than the email notice.
