ProxyVote.com evidently failed to notify ALL investors as such an important event would require - I would think.

Some investors in Europe have NOT received this notice, which is yet another suspicion.

AND why notify investors 11 days after the alleged event????


ALSO, Why even bother with utilizing ProxyVote.com ... why wouldn't the company just send the "letter" from there own mail server????
