your posts have been quite enlightening for the rest of us. Do you know the answer to this question. If the initial patent application was rejected (and by the look of it that seems to be the standard protocol) and Biocog does not have the patent, then can Bruno retract the patent application without Biocog and resubmit with MCCY? Assuming there is no SDS II. Doesn't that basically take Biocog out of the picture? It probably sounds ignorant but would like some clarity. Thanks
