yeah, they should ungag the TA, maybe they will.. it seems this new CEO is just getting started... the dude bought ~200MM shares via open market purchases and form 4'd them.
Thats my point, he did every thing to pump the stock, but give people the ability to confirm what he said.
It's obvious by how the stock is trading someone is dumping hundreds of millions of shares into these "filings"
