I mean that BCST themselves are telling the quebec court that they either revoked it or it never existed...I agree with u that BCST is fos on this & feel this entire court card is a ploy on their end because they're bitter about the potential $$$$$$$$$$$'s at stake;)

Actually, Invenstor, most well written contracts have weasel clauses allowing cancellation.

The judge ruled that no agreement exists between BCS and Raphael. That means either no agreement ever existed or one party failed to follow through on their part of the contract and the agreement became void.
