It appears that way. The most important thing is to get the claims allowed. The patent is denoument. (sp?)

ajs...exactly....there's been NO patent issued anywhere!!!! So the entire application process could be rendered moot depending on whatever RH is prep'n to deliver monday...so for now...all we do is wait & see what RH meant in todays PR when he told his shareholders they would be happy with his update on the SDS front:)

And judging by all his past promises...I fully believe RH will deliver!!!
