I agree that no patents have yet been issued, but if you look at the responses from WIPO, my opinion is that a PCT patent will definitely be issued with the independent claim granted without change.
All that means is BCST chose to revoke their agreement...it hardly means they never had one...are you saying this whole time you've been here you never once visited BCST's website & saw the PR released by MCCY on their website let alone the previous disclaimer that BCST used to have on their site acknowleging MCCY's license agreement?
