and he told us he wasn't selling shares?..Then who is??Why??

Right on jk21. Transparency is key, and Mr. Loud is determined to keep it that way. He has followed through on EVERYTHING he has said so far.

Most other scumbag CEO's would have already run the OS up to the max before publishing it. He wasted no time. He has heard the requests from the shareholders, and opened it up for all to see.

Down the road $1,000,000 in revs at 45% margin is $450,000 profit

Divide $450,000 by 1,655,488,664 shares you get .00027 eps

Multiply your .00027 eps by a p/e ratio of 20 and you get .0054... more than 10 bags from .0004. Even using 07 revs we're still 5x undervalued... and mind you a 20 p/e ratio is conservative for this sector.

Not selling any shares here.. 4 bid hasn't budged at all.
