float is nice. ceo follows through so far pretty well. acquisitions/LOI's being completed. new info isn't the greatest we could've gotten but the guy wasn't afraid to give us less than great news and transparency seems to be a real goal of his. He honestly admitted a higher exchange wasn't realistic at this time, but he did want to stay current with Pinksheets and that is obviously a first step.
AND, the float isn't bad AT ALL. BUT, we have to recognize that the a/s is 5bil and we're only at about 35% capacity on that. I also have to wonder about the status of the billion shares in the OS (that are NOT in the float). So there's room to grow, BUT the guy has been pretty straight up recently and coastal's revenues next year at 1mil ain't that bad to start with.
All in all, i'd say we have more positives than negatives, considering the growth of the business, the small float, the efforts toward transparency outweigh the large a/s and the room for the o/s to grow, which are share structure issues and can be addressed in various ways. The state of the growing business and the CEO's efforts toward transparency are paramount to some share structure concerns imo. and i'm not saying they aren't concerns; they are. I just think that after we sort through the issues we were just presented with, there are more positives than negatives.
just imo
