If the table consists of text, you can copy the text into a word processor, reformat as necessary, and then post it.

If the table consists of an image, you can’t post it unless it is first uploaded to a webserver. (I have a webserver to use for this purpose.)

Another option is to email me the article so I can distribute it to everyone who is signed up on this board to receive email.
