Thanks, genisi. These patent-expiration dates (from the Nature article) are not identical to the dates in the Cowen report I distributed a few months ago, which shows that there is some guesswork in determining which patents are the governing ones for biopharmaceuticals. This is in contrast to the situation with small-molecule drugs, where all one needs to do is look in the FDA Orange Book.

In the next post, I will post a more readable version of this table (using a color-reversing trick I learned when I authored a backgammon newsletter). Regards, Dew
