Right on, that paragraph is why I am in this stock as a holder not a trader.
Typically ventures in the social networking & digital music space are venture capital backed (read: 100% private e.g. did you invest in youtube, last.fm, facebook or myspace?? of course not it was not possible) and you would never have an opportunity to particiapte in a company like ours. (Now of course we only can accept direct investment from accredited or sophisticated investors.) So to look at this as simply any other opportunity and evaluate it in the same manner as any other venture you invest in I would suggest is missing the mark.
