Ok fine, you guys win, lol. I got a few 2zz and a few more 3s last week ;] finally locked & loaded for the next leg up! BUNM's user base is growing like wildfire! [breaching 82k right now!]

I like this excerpt from Michael's blog on dilution;

Typically ventures in the social networking & digital music space are venture capital backed (read: 100% private e.g. did you invest in youtube, last.fm, facebook or myspace?? of course not it was not possible) and you would never have an opportunity to particiapte in a company like ours. (Now of course we only can accept direct investment from accredited or sophisticated investors.) So to look at this as simply any other opportunity and evaluate it in the same manner as any other venture you invest in I would suggest is missing the mark.
