This not true. I just googled it and there are 10 items on the first page aND ONLY THE 6TH ONE DOWN THE PAGE MENTIONS MCCY. In case you're not familiar with Google, that is because their's is the most recent...having just occurred.

It doesnt state he is a FINRA attorney it states he works in conjunction with FINRA
The search term "FINRA attorney" in yahoo or google search brings up pages of results by the way!!
