What is the independent legal verification? Who is doing the audit?

It says Alain B. Houle "will also be taking this opportunity to consolidate all of the above mentioned companies into MCCY.."

This sounds like he is MCCY's attorney.

I haven't been able to access the legal opinion page, but it's implied it's the legal opinion of MCCY's attorney, not an independent arbiter.
