Is this a public document and if so where can I find it. If not I understand. ST told me he has bought shares like most of us around the $5 range. If he is a consultant I would think he needs to show all his purchases & sales of the stock. On CNBC any analysis has to put up a disclosure statement on the scene. I sure think he needs to do that. It is all about credibility. What do you think. If the stock goes to 100 dollars that would make him 5M for peanuts. No wonder he polices the boards he has a vested interest. I guess I would do the same but I would be more forth coming. The Iceman is not but I am not sure since he bought his 1M shares through a third party ,I don't think they have any control on him.
I first started buying shares in September of last year and posted here before ever going to the company for the first time. I continued to buy for 6 months and made many mentions of the progress of the company in my newsletter during that time. I only did some consulting for the company after March so most of shares were bought before that and at retail.
Anyway what I wrote in the last post was from press releases which any one and all should actually read.
Trying I can not post to you privately as I am not a paying member, but could I ask you why you were upset with me when I indicated that stock tiger was leading people down the garden path, but now you can be "upset at him"??
