Is this a public document and if so where can I find it. If not I understand. ST told me he has bought shares like most of us around the $5 range. If he is a consultant I would think he needs to show all his purchases & sales of the stock.
On CNBC any analysis has to put up a disclosure statement on the scene. I sure think he needs to do that. It is all about credibility. What do you think. If the stock goes to 100 dollars that would make him 5M for peanuts. No wonder he polices the boards he has a vested interest. I guess I would do the same but I would be more forth coming. The Iceman is not but I am not sure since he bought his 1M shares through a third party ,I don't think they have any control on him.
