rosebud, my guess is that they have none unless they bought them on the mkt, because in their disclaimer they do not show any compensation from MCCY. jmho

Of course they would probably dump them, but the fact that there are only a total of somewhere around 24 million shares in the float mitigates against that possibility. Restricted for a year means that they could not sell them in the public market during that time.

Hi rosebud...restricted means they can't be sold ok...I think the bigger message in todays news is this company is moving forward with their confirmation era without any further guidance from Downshire & even if they had restricted shares...they are no longer a part of the equation moving forward & can't sell any restricted shares they may have received for a period of one year...so from my perspective...todays news on top of the A/S reduction sends a clear signal that the time for complacency is over...if people were trying to patient under .30 nows your chance to top off your position b4 the next leg up...& in this case the 3rd time will be the charm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
